MTYP has 4 studios, a rehearsal hall, our theatre, and lobby space available for rent. See detailed rental rates, and equipment use information below.

The Theatre

Theatrical use (Performances)
Rental Fee: $800 per day.
15% discount for not-for-profit organizations
10% discount for rentals of 5 consecutive days or more
Cost to Re-configure Theatre: Negotiable
Use of Green Room and Dressing Rooms included.

Theatre Technician: $23.00 / hr*
Box Office: $20.00 / hr*
House Manager: $20.00 / hr*
*Minimum call of 3 hours

Non-theatrical Use:
Rental fee: $600 per day

Use of dressing room (if not renting theatre): $50 per day

Use of Kitchen (e.g. event in lobby needing fridge/sink access): $35 per day

Kitchen Maintenance/Cleaning: $15.00 per day

Full Space Cleaning: $150 per day
