15% discount for not-for-profit Organizations
10% discount for rentals of 5 consecutive days or more

8 hours of Technician's time
5 hours of House Manager's time 
Use of Green Room and dressing rooms
(Renter to provide no fewer than 4 ushers)

Non-theatrical Use
Rental fee: $600 per day
15% discount for not-for-profit Organizations
10% discount for rentals of 5 consecutive days or more
Technician's time: $16 per hour
House Manager's/Supervisor's time (if deemed necessary): $15 per hour
