Ten-year-old Jessie has never given much thought to her body image, but when her best friend challenges her to lose a few pounds, Jessie dives straight into a secret world of dangerous dieting. Meanwhile, her dinosaur-loving younger brother Josh has problems of his own. As their stories collide, Jessie discovers there's a price to pay for skinny and Josh learns that a lie can take on a life of its own.
